摘 要:国内通过专利授权引进了新型ME系列大型电喷低速柴油机整套技术,但电喷系统的关键部件液压缸单元(HCU)是以整体部件进口,尚未实现国产化。通过对图纸的消化吸收,抓住关键点和有加工难度的零部件,结合现有设备资源进行工艺分析和工艺文件编制,针对加工过程出现的质量问题分析优化工艺。试制后送客户质量部门和专利授权厂商检测,性能、尺寸和公差符合设计图纸要求。经装机试验完全满足性能要求,实现了HCU的国产化。The whole technology of new ME series large-scale EFI low-speed diesel engine has been introduced through patent authorization in China,but the key component of EFI system,hydraulic cylinder unit(HCU),is imported as a whole and has not yet been localized.Through the digestion and absorption of the drawings,the key points and parts with processing difficulty were grasped,combined with the existing equipment resources,process analysis and process document preparation were carried out,and the process for the quality problems in the processing was analyzed and optimized.After trial production,it was sent to customer quality department and patent authorized manufacturer for testing,and the performance,dimension and tolerance met the requirements of design drawings.Through the installation test,the performance requirements are fully met,and the localization of HCU is realized.
