摘 要:以大型垃圾桶为例,结合CAD/CAE软件在模具设计初期对冷却系统进行优化设计。在利用UG NX和Moldflow软件构建塑件三维模型并对其前处理的基础上,利用网格模型和成型窗口进行冷却效果分析,从而获得塑件的充填时间、回路冷却液温度、回路管壁温度和冷却不均导致的翘曲变形等工艺参数。根据分析结果进一步优化冷却系统方案,经软件分析验证,优化后的冷却系统更为合理,塑件成型质量更优。实践证明这种优化设计方法有利于提高模具的冷却效果,减小塑件翘曲变形量,降低模具制造成本,提升产品市场竞争力。Taking the large garbage can as an example,combined with CAD/CAE software,the cooling system was optimized in the early stage of mold design.On the basis of UG NX and Moldflow software,the 3D model of plastic part was built and the pre-treatment was carried out,the cooling effect was analyzed by using grid model and forming window,so as to obtain the filling time,loop coolant temperature,loop pipe wall temperature,warpage and deformation caused by uneven cooling and other process parameters of plastic part.According to the analysis results,the cooling system scheme was further optimized,which was verified by software analysis that the cooling system was more reasonable and the molding quality was better.It has been proved by practice that the optimization design of the cooling system in the early stage of mold design with CAD/CAE software will help to improve the cooling effect of the mold,reduce the warpage and deformation of the plastic parts,reduce the manufacturing cost of the mold,and improve the market competitiveness of the products.
