支付清算系统费率策略国际比较及启示

摘　　要：为优化央行支付系统收费体系,人民银行于2018年10月对大额实时支付系统、小额批量支付系统、网上支付跨行清算系统和境内外币支付系统进行了费率调整。本文对英国、美国、欧盟等发达经济体支付系统收费现状进行了比较分析,并就如何进一步完善人民银行支付系统收费体系提出相关建议。To improve the pricing system of PBOC payment system,the central bank adjusted the pricing rate for the LVPS,BEPS,OPISS and CFXPS.This paper summarizes the pricing framework in the UK,US and EU,and analyze the impact of pricing adjustment.Finally,it proposes some suggestion on how improve the pricing scheme of PBOC payment system.
