针对性护理在传统开颅手术联合胰岛素治疗脑肿瘤并存糖尿病患者应用效果及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析针对性护理在传统开颅手术联合胰岛素治疗脑肿瘤并存糖尿病患者中的效果。方法:回顾分析我院2018年4月至2020年2月期间收治的脑肿瘤并存糖尿病患者106例,各患者均接受传统开颅手术联合胰岛素治疗,按其护理方式分组,其中53例接受常规护理(对照组),另53例接受针对性护理(研究组),比较护理效果,如患者血糖指标、并发症等。结果:护理前组间血糖指标差异小(P>0.05),护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率3.77%低于对照组26.42%(P<0.05)。结论:脑肿瘤并存糖尿病患者在接受传统开颅手术联合胰岛素治疗的期间,实施针对性护理干预,可更好地控制患者血糖指标,降低并发症,有利于患者病情康复。Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in traditional craniotomy combined with insulin in patients with brain tumor and diabetes mellitus.Methods:106 patients with brain tumor and diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were reviewed and analyzed.All patients received traditional craniotomy combined with insulin treatment and were divided into two groups according to their nursing methods.53 patients received routine nursing(control group)and 53 patients received targeted nursing(study group),compare the nursing effect,such as blood glucose index,complications and so on.Results:There was little difference in blood glucose index between pre-nursing groups(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in 2h study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.77%lower than that in the control group 26.42%(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the period of traditional craniotomy combined with insulin therapy,the patients with brain tumor and diabetes can better control the blood glucose index,reduce the complications and be beneficial to the recovery of their condition.
