摘　　要：目的:观察顾氏祛湿解毒汤治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的疗效。方法:观察26例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,在常规西医治疗基础上,予以加用顾氏祛湿解毒汤口服,以清肺补脾泄热,益气解毒祛湿。通过治疗,观察患者体温变化、中医证候疗效以及胃肠功能改善情况。结果:患者的临床证候及相关评分改善迅速。结论:本方案针对新冠肺炎部分患者,以中医理论为核心,以辨证论治为特点,能迅速缓解症状,改善整体预后。Objective:COVID-19 treated with Gu Shi Qushi Jiedu Decoction.Methods:26 COVID-19 patients were observed,On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Gu Shi Qushi Jiedu decoction was taken orally,COVID-19 swab nucleic acid results were observed by observing the changes of body temperature,TCM syndrome,Gastrointestinal function.Results:The clinical symptoms and related scores of the patients improved rapidly.Conclusion:It is a new method for treating COVID-19.It is characterized by the theory of TCM and the syndrome differentiation.It can relieve symptoms quickly,improve the overall prognosis of patients with COVID-19.
