摘　　要：目的:探讨医院-家庭管理模式对恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎患者服药依从性及营养不良发生率的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年12月于我院接受恩替卡韦治疗的77例乙型重型肝炎患者,依据掷硬币法分为对照组(n=38)与观察组(n=39)。对照组行常规管理模式,观察组行医院-家庭管理模式,比较两组服药依从性,自护能力、生存质量及营养不良发生率。结果:干预后,两组Morisky、ESCA、KPS评分均较干预前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组营养不良发生率21.05%相比,观察组2.56%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦治疗的慢性乙型重型肝炎患者采用医院-家庭管理模式护理效果显著,可有效加强患者服药依从性,提升其自护能力,同时降低患者营养不良发生率,从而使其生存质量得以提高。Objective:To explore the influence of hospital family management mode on the compliance of entecavir in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B and the incidence of malnutrition.Methods:77 patients with severe hepatitis B who received entecavir treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=39)according to the coin toss method.The routine management mode was adopted in the control group and the hospital family management mode was adopted in the observation group.The compliance,self-care ability,quality of life and malnutrition rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of Morisky,ESCA and KPS in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the incidence of malnutrition in the control group(21.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of the hospital family management mode is significant for the patients with chronic severe hepatitis B treated by entecavir.It can effectively strengthen the compliance of patients with medication,improve their self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of malnutrition,so as to improve their quality of life.
