摘 要:大直径钢筋混凝土顶管施工技术广泛应用于给排水管道、输气管道等城市地下基础设施建设。当需要穿越重要建(构)筑物时,必须控制顶管施工对环境的扰动影响。本文依托浙江温州某大直径钢筋混凝土顶管下穿高架道路工程,对顶管穿越施工所引起的土体变形和孔隙水压力变化进行监测与分析,得出了顶管穿越施工过程中周边土体的响应规律。结合对泥水压力、顶管顶力、开挖速率、注浆量和轴线偏差等五项施工参数的变化分析,探讨了大直径钢筋混凝土顶管穿越施工中可能出现的问题及相应的解决方案,为类似的工程项目提供参考。The construction technology of large diameter reinforced concrete pipe jacking is widely used in the construction of urban underground infrastructure such as water supply and drainage pipeline and gas transmission pipeline.When it is necessary to pass through important structures,the disturbance effect of pipe jacking on the environment must be controlled.Based on a large diameter reinforced concrete pipe jacking project in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province,the soil settlement and pore water pressure changes caused by pipe jacking were monitored and analyzed,and the response law of surrounding soil during pipe jacking was obtained.Combined with the analysis of five construction parameters,such as mud-water pressure,pipe jacking force,jacking rate,grouting amount and axis deviation,the possible problems and corresponding solutions in the construction of large-diameter reinforced concrete pipe jacking were discussed to provide reference for similar projects.
