摘 要:文章选用混纺比为65/35、75/25、85/15的负离子涤纶/吸湿排汗粘胶纤维进行混纺,通过单因子和多因子试验,优选纺纱工艺,进而开发了内衣面料。通过测试面料的服用性能和负离子浓度,发现负离子涤纶/吸湿排汗粘胶纤维85/15混纺纱三平组织织物更适合用作针织内衣面料。In this paper,different blending ratios of anionic polyester fiber and moisture absorption&perspiration elimination fiber were selected to spin,which were 65/35,75/25,85/15.The spinning processing was optimized through single-factor and multi-factor experiments,and then the underwear fabric was developed.The wearability and anion concentration of the fabric were tested,it found that anionic polyester fiber/moisture absorption&perspiration elimination fiber 85/15 blended yarn made into rib semi air layer fabric was more suitable for underwear fabric.
