立体绱袖衬衫制作方法研究

摘　　要：立体绱袖衬衫为腋下错位绱袖工艺,这种工艺可使抬手臂时手臂对衬衫的牵拉作用明显减小,避免衬衫完全走形。错位绱袖生产工艺采用西服式绱袖方式,操作难度大。本文通过对辅料选择、缝制方法、整烫方法、折叠方法等方面进行研究,解决了先合身后绱袖的操作难点,生产的立体绱袖衬衫合体、舒适,赢得了客户的青睐。Three-dimensional sleeve is the process of stitching sleeves under armpits in dislocation that can reduce the pulling effect of the arm on the shirt when lifting the arm to avoid complete shirt deformation.Production technology of dislocation sleeve adopts stitching sleeve method of suits,which is difficult to operate.This paper solved the operation difficulty,which was firstly stitched body piece,then stitched sleeves through researching subsidiary material selection,stitching method,ironing method and folding method.The three-dimensional sleeve shirts produced by the technology were fit and comfortable,won the favor of customers.
