摘 要:城镇化进程进入到生态文明时代的今天,资源节约、环境友好、可持续发展成为项目建设中普遍遵守的基本原则。城市中存量土地如城市棕地的再利用成为土地开发利用新的增长点。基于城镇化背景下城市棕地旅游转型再利用的发展契机,以长沙新生水泥厂采石坑旅游开发项目为例,以项目基地高陡峭岩壁生态覆绿工程为研究对象,在综合比较工程技术可行性、成本可控性等因素的前提下,提出以先锋植物苔藓为介质的采石坑高陡峭工程护壁的生物修复措施,突破常规生态覆绿技术如“垂直覆绿”技术存在养护成本偏高、被覆绿界面坡度受限、客土喷播对基面坡度有要求等技术瓶颈,探索了生态景观修复技术新的可能性,为实现城市棕地再利用中生态景观修复的全覆盖与低成本养护的可持续发展途径奠定了一定基础。Currently,the process of urbanization has entered the era of ecological civilization.Resource conservation,environmental friendliness and sustainable development have become basic principles generally observed in project construction.The reuse of urban stock land such as urban brownfield has become a new growth point of land development and utilization.Based on the development opportunity of transformation and reuse of urban brownfield tourism under the background of urbanization,this paper takes the quarry pit tourism development project of Xinsheng Cement Plant in Changsha as an example and the ecological green cover project of high and steep rock wall as research object.Under the premise of comprehensively comparing engineering and technical feasibility,cost controllability and other factors,this paper puts forward bioremediation measures to protect the high and steep wall of quarry pit with pioneer plant moss as the medium.The measures break through the bottleneck of conventional technology“vertical green cover”,which has high maintenance cost,limited slope of covered green interface and slope requirement for sprinkling.The new possibility of ecological landscape restoration technology is also explored,which lays the foundation for realizing the sustainable development way of full coverage and lowcost conservation of ecological landscape restoration in the reuse of urban brownfield.
