麝香保心丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效分析  

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取广东省第二人民医院心内科2018年7月至2019年7月收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和联合组(n=60)。对照组采取单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合麝香保心丸治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗前,联合组与对照组心绞痛发作频率比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.206,P=0.837);经过治疗,2组患者心绞痛发作频率均有所下降,且联合组心绞痛发作频率低于对照组(t=2.702,P=0.008)。治疗前,联合组与对照组心绞痛发作持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.202,P=0.840);经过治疗,2组患者心绞痛发作持续时间均有所下降,且联合组心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组(t=3.238,P=0.002)。联合组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.175,P=0.023)。结论麝香保心丸与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较优,可降低患者心绞痛发作频率,并缩短心绞痛发作持续时间,能够有效改善患者病情。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods Totally 120 patients with angina pectoris from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomLy divided into control group(n=60)and combined group(n=60).The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets,and the combined group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on this basis,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of angina attack between the combined group and the control group(t=0.206,P=0.837).After treatment,the frequency of angina attack in both groups decreased,and the frequency of angina attack in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(t=2.702,P=0.008).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in duration of angina attack between the combined group and the control group(t=0.202,P=0.840).After treatment,the duration of angina attack in both groups decreased,and the duration of angina attack in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(t=3.238,P=0.002).The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^2=5.175,P=0.023).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets is more effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can reduce the frequency of angina attack,shorten the duration of angina attack,and effectively improve the patient's condition.
