羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者行羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年2月至2019年2月秦皇岛视光眼科医院收治的单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者226例,随机电脑编号分为对照组与研究组,各113例。对照组口服复方芦丁片及维生素C片,研究组口服羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗。比较2组治疗前后视力、临床治疗总有效率。结果2组治疗前的视力情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(98.23%vs.91.15%,P<0.05)。结论单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者行羟苯磺酸钙分散片治疗,可以有效提高其临床治疗总有效率,有助于改善患者的视力水平。Objective To observe the effect of Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets on patients with simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods From February 2015 to February 2019,226 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy admitted to Qinhuangdao Optometry Eye Hospital were randomLy divided into control group and study group by random computer number,113 cases per group.The control group was treated with oral Compound Rutin Tablets and Vitamin C Tablets,and the study group was treated with oral Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets.The visual acuity before and after treatment and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(98.23%vs.91.15%,P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium Dobesilate Dispersible Tablets can effectively improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the visual acuity of patients with simple diabetic retinopathy.
