摘 要:经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)是治疗上尿路结石的主要术式之一,精准穿刺并建立安全的操作通道至关重要,是保证手术安全、提高疗效的关键。目前临床上主要以B超或X线为引导建立通道,尽管此技术已较为成熟,但仍易发生术中及术后出血、动静脉瘘、尿外渗等并发症,如何减少并发症,提高手术安全性及疗效,一直是国内外研究的热点及难点。本文将对PCNL定位方式的研究进展作一综述。Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)is one of the main treatments for upper urinary calculi.For PCNL,precise puncture and establishing a safe operating channel are essential to ensure safe operation and improve efficacy.Clinically,B-ultrasound or X-ray is used as a guide to establish a channel.Although this technology is relatively mature,it is still prone to complications such as intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage,arteriovenous fistula,and extravasation.How to reduce complications and improve surgery Safety and efficacy have always been the hotspots and difficulties in research at home and abroad;this paper will review the research progress of percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
