摘  要:目的分析济南市麻疹病例增高的病原原因。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对发热伴出疹性疾病患者急性期血清标本进行麻疹、风疹的Ig M抗体检测,并对麻疹、风疹检测阴性标本进行水痘及人类小DNA病毒B19的Ig M抗体检测。结果2015年-2017年济南市共收到麻疹疑似病例血清样本2905份,其中麻疹阳性样本2068份,阳性率为71.2%;风疹阳性样本35份,阳性率为1.2%。802份麻风疹阴性样本中,水痘阳性28份,阳性率为3.5%;小DNA病毒B19阳性58份,阳性率为7.2%。麻疹、风疹、水痘及其小DNA病毒B19的发病人数,男性均多于女性,发病人群主要集中在5岁以下儿童。结论济南市麻疹疑似病例中,麻疹、风疹、水痘及小DNA病毒B19病例均存在,但仍以麻疹病例居多。Objective To analyze the pathogenic reasons of measles cases increasing in Ji’nan.Methods Immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect Ig M antibodies against measles and rubella in serum samples of patients with fever associated with exanthematous disease at the acute stage,and Ig M antibodies against varicella and human small DNA virus B19 were detected in serum samples tested negative for leprosy.Results From 2015 to 2017,a total of 2905 cases of suspected measles cases were detected.The results showed that 2068 cases were laboratory-confirmed measles cases,and the positive rate was71.2%;35 cases were laboratory-confirmed rubella cases,and the positive rate was 1.2%.In 802 unsuspected measles/rubella cases,28 were laboratory-confirmed varicella-zoster cases,and the positive rate was 3.5%.58 were laboratory-confirmed human parvovirus B19 cases,and the positive rate was 7.2%.The male was more than female.The cases are mainly concentrated in age groups of<5 years.Conclusion Among the suspected measles cases in Ji’nan City,measles,rubella,chickenpox and small DNA virus B19 all existed,but measles cases were still in the majority.
