摘　　要：目的了解杭州市基层医疗机构消毒灭菌质量现状,为提高基层医疗机构消毒灭菌质量提供基础数据,预防控制医院感染事件。方法采用现场采样和监测方法,于2017年-2018年对杭州市基层医疗机构消毒灭菌质量进行监测分析。结果2017年-2018年杭州市基层医疗机构的消毒质量监测总体合格率为93.2%(5979/6413),不同项目消毒灭菌质量合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),物体表面、使用中消毒液、空气、压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌用品、医疗器械残留血和紫外线灯合格率较高,医务人员手、污水、治疗用水和内镜合格率较低;2017年与2018年消毒灭菌质量监测合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2017年高于2018年;区级医院、社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站与民营医院的消毒灭菌质量监测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),区级医院的合格率较高(96.1%),而民营医院的合格率较低(90.6%)。结论杭州市基层医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较高,需加强医务人员手、污水、治疗用水和内镜的知识培训与监测工作。Objective To investigate the status of disinfection and sterilization quality of primary medical organizations in Hangzhou,and provide basic data for improving the quality of disinfection and sterilization,so as to prevent and control nosocomial infections.Methods Spot sampling and monitoring methods were used to monitor and analyze the disinfection and sterilization quality of primary medical organizations in Hangzhou from 2017 to 2018.Results From 2017 to 2018,the overall qualification rate of disinfection quality in primary medical organizations was 93.2%(5979/6413).The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of different items was statistically different(P<0.001).The qualified rate of object surface,medium disinfectant,air,pressure steam sterilizer,sterile articles,residual blood of medical apparatus and instruments and ultraviolet lamp was higher than that of medical personnel hand,sewage,treatment water and endoscopy.There was a statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization quality between 2017 and 2018(P<0.05),and it was higher in2017 than that in 2018.The difference on the results of disinfection and sterilization quality in district hospitals,community health service centers,community health service stations and private hospitals were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of district hospitals was the highest(96.1%),while that of private hospitals was lower(90.6%).Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in primary medical organizations in Hangzhou is generally high,and it is necessary to strengthen the knowledge training and monitoring of medical personnel hand,sewage,treatment water and endoscopy.
