摘  要:传统水文测站施测流量方式为流速仪法,但流速仪法也有其局限性,尤其是江河漂浮物多、暴涨暴落、缆道故障、停电时。以向家坝水文站为例当上游电站泄洪时,因暴涨暴落、缆道故障、停电时传统的流速仪法无法施测,采用中泓浮标法测流具有“选材容易、造价低廉、投放速度快、易操作、稳定性强、测流速度快、安全性能好”等优点,针对高洪时中泓浮标法比传统流速仪法测流更具实用性,分析中泓浮标稳定的系数以此来通过测定水中的天然或人工漂浮物随水流运动的速度,同时结合测站断面来推求流量,通过在水位保持稳定的情况下分别进行流速仪法测流(实流量)和中泓浮标法测流(虚流量)建立关系以推求中泓浮标系数以此来验证测中泓浮标系数稳定性,实践应用分析可知在河道断面稳定情况下,中泓浮标系数稳定,并且中泓浮标法施测出的流量能达到水文整编规范的要求。The traditional flow measurement method of hydrological stations is current meter method, but the current meter method has its limitations, especially when the river is full of floating material, boom and fall, cable fault and power failure. Taking Xiangjiaba Hydrologic Station as an example, when the upstream power station is discharging flood, due to sudden rise and fall, cable failure and power failure, the traditional current meter method can not be used to measure flood, the Middle Thalweg buoy method has the advantages of "easy material selection, low cost, fast delivery speed, easy operation, high stability, fast flow measurement speed and good safety performance", in view of the fact that the thalweg method is more practical than the traditional flow meter method in high flood, the Stability Coefficient of the Thalweg is analyzed in order to determine the velocity of the natural or artificial floating objects in the water moving with the current, at the same time, the flow is calculated with the section of the station, in order to verify the stability of the mid-thalweg Coefficient, the relationship between the mid-thalweg Coefficient and the velocity meter method(real discharge) and the mid-thalweg method(virtual discharge) was established respectively when the water level was stable, the result of practical application shows that the middle thalweg coefficient is stable under the condition of river section stability, and the discharge measured by Middle Thalweg method can meet the requirement of hydrological regulation.
