重度抑郁症睡眠脑电的时空动力学研究

摘  要:采集11例重度抑郁症患者和11例健康对照样本在静息状态下的睡眠脑电图(Electroencephalogram,EEG)信号,提取EEG信号的功率谱特征参数,研究艾司西酞普兰(Escitalopram)治疗重度抑郁症患者睡眠EEG信号的时空动力学变化。重度抑郁症患者服用艾司西酞普兰后,睡眠潜伏期和睡眠1期所占比例显著减少;δ1频段的能量占比显著增加;β2频段的能量占比显著降低。并且δ1频段和β2频段的能量占比在左右半球表现出显著不对称性,进一步分析额叶皮层、中央区和枕叶皮层的能量占比发现:与中央区和枕叶皮层相比,重度抑郁症患者治疗后的能量占比在额叶皮层表现出更加强烈的响应。In this study, 11 MDD patients and 11 healthy control subjects were recruited, and 6-channel sleep EEG signals were acquired at the resting state. Power spectrum was used to extract EEG signal features to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamics of the EEG features during sleep after escitalopram treatment. Results showed that after treatment, there was a significant decrease in sleep onset latency as well as in the duration of the non-rapid eye movement1(NREM1) phase. There was a significant increase of the δ1 band energy ratio with a significant decrease in the β2 band energy ratio. EEG response of the left and right hemisphere showed asymmetry. Further analysis of brain region-specific targets found that the frontal cortex showed a more intense EEG response with escitalopram treatment than central and occipital cortices.
