摘  要:目前换档大多数利用相对R点的推荐区域进行布置,此方法难以体现车型差异带来的方向盘、三踏板等不同位置对舒适区域的影响。本文针对具体车型,利用RAMSIS软件,选用中国人体,首先对某车型MT换档操作舒适性进行了分析,结果表明该车型存在换档操作略微不舒适的问题;通过对布置位置的调整及各位置换档操作舒适性分析,得到基于方向盘及三踏板位置的舒适位置,进而给出了该车型MT换档球头的推荐改进方案。At present,most gear shifts are arranged in the recommended area relative to the R point.This method is difficult to reflect the influence of different positions such as the steering wheel and the three pedals on the comfort zone caused by vehicle differences.This article uses RAMSIS software and selects Chinese human bodies for specific models.First,it analyzes the comfort of shifting operation of a certain model of MT.The results show that the model has a slightly uncomfortable shifting operation.Through the adjustment of the layout position and each position,the article analyzes the comfort of shifting operation,and the comfortable position based on the steering wheel and three pedal positions is obtained,and then the recommended improvement plan of the MT shifting ball joint of this model is given.
