面向国土空间规划的“三调”地图产品体系设计

摘　　要：第三次全国国土调查(简称“三调”)产生了翔实的基础矢量数据和丰富的影像数据、统计数据。因此,设计相应的地图产品体系不仅有助于摸清家底、保障自然资源管理,同时也可为国土空间规划编制、国土综合治理等提供参考。从应用需求出发,明确了“三调”地图产品的结构形态,提出了“三调”地图产品体系的设计理念,并针对各类需求构建了面向国土空间规划的“三调”地图产品体系,最后以余姚市为例设计了“三调”地图产品,以期为“三调”地图产品生产提供战略指导。The third national territorial survey have produced informative basic vector data,abundant image data and statistical data.The design of corresponding map product system can not only help to find out the land use background and ensure the natural resources management,but also provide references for the compilation of territorial space planning and comprehensive management of national territory.From application requirements of survey data,this paper develops the structure of map products of the third national territorial survey,and puts forward the products system design idea.Then according to various demands,we build a map product system for the whole process of territorial spatial planning.Finally,taking Yuyao city as an example,we design a map product system of the third national territorial survey,in order to provide strategic guidance for map production.
