摘　　要：我国已进入第二代制冷剂淘汰末期。2019年全球制冷剂替代已进入“基加利修正案”时间,国内外开始第三代制冷剂淘汰初期阶段。2020年中国R22配额从26.7万吨削减至22.5万吨,随着制冷剂替代工作的有序推进,中国进入了第三代制冷剂的基准年。China has entered the end stage of phasing out the second-generation refrigerants.In 2019,the global refrigerant replacement has entered the“Kigali Amendment”time,and the initial stage of the phase-out of third-generation refrigerants has begun at domestic and abroad.China's R22 quota will be cut from 267,000 tonnes to 225,000 tonnes in 2020,and the third-generation refrigerant will enter the base year as refrigerant replacement work is carried out in an orderly manner.
