高校运动生理学课程改革的制约因素

摘　　要：作为体育科学的基础学科之一,运动生理学课程教学具有重要的基础性作用,但当前一些高校在开展运动生理学课程教学的过程中还存在诸多不到位的方面,制约了运动生理学课程改革的深入实施。本文对运动生理学课程教学进行了研究和探索,在简要分析高校运动生理学课程改革的制约因素基础上,重点提出了一些有针对性的改革策略。As one of the basic disciplines of sports science,the teaching of sports physiology has an important basic role.However,there are still many unsatisfactory aspects in the process of teaching sports physiology in some colleges and universities,which restricts the further implementation of the curriculum reform in exercise physiology.This paper studies and explores the course teaching of exercise physiology,and puts forward some targeted reform strategies based on the brief analysis of the restrictive factors of the course reform of exercise physiology in colleges and universities.
