摘　　要：目的:观察中医针灸联合三步推拿治疗膝关节运动损伤的效果。方法:抽取本院在2018年6月至2020年6月期间收治的112例膝关节运动损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。其中对照组患者给予中医针灸治疗,观察组患者给予中医针灸联合三步推拿治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果:比较2组患者的治疗总有效率可知,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.4%)显著高于对照组(75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗膝关节运动损伤时采取中医针灸联合三步推拿的方法能够有效改善患者的临床症状,相比于单纯的针灸治疗,治疗效果更佳,值得在临床上推广并应用。Objective:To observe on the effect of traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with three-step massage on knee joint sports injuries.Methods:A total of 112 patients with knee sports injuries admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion,and the patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with three-step massage therapy to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:Comparing the total treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients,the total treatment efficiency of the observation group (96.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of sports injuries of the knee joint,traditional Chinese acupuncture combined with three-step massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Compared with acupuncture treatment alone,the treatment effect is better,and it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
