高校健美操教学中渗透人文素质教育研究

摘　　要：人文素质是一个人内在品质体现,道德品质塑造是高等人才教育培养重中之重,高校健美操教学作为培养青年一代大学生文化情操及审美观念一种重要方式,可以将人文素质教育纳入到其专业教育体系当中,通过以人文素质教育为载体教育方式,去能强化大学生的健美操学习意识,把大学生孕育成为具备高素质、高人格品质的人才。为此,本文采用文献资料法等,对高校健美操教学中渗透人文素质教育展开研究,以期通过健美操人文素质教育更好地培养当代大学生的思想文化内涵。Humanistic quality is the embodiment of a person’s inner quality,moral quality shaping is the most important training of higher talent education.College aerobics teaching as an important way to cultivate the cultural sentiment and aesthetic concept of the younger generation of college students,humanistic quality education can be included in their professional education system,through humanistic quality education as the carrier of education,to strengthen the college students’awareness of aerobics learning,to make college students have high quality,high personality quality of talent.To this end,the article adopts the literature method and so on,to study the penetration of the humanistic quality education in the university calisthenics teaching,with a view to better train the connotation of the contemporary college students’thought and culture through the humanistic quality education of calisthenics.
