摘　　要：本文运用文献综述法论述了组建高校学生体育社团的必要性,并对新时代下高校学生体育社团的职能进行全面的解析与定位,其目的在于为有效规范与促进高校学生体育社团的建设与发展,满足新时代下高校体育的发展需求,丰富与活跃高校学生的业余文化生活,确保其终身体育思想的有机生成,提供必要的借鉴与参考;为推动新时代下高校体育教学社会职能的全面提升,提供必要的支撑与保障。This paper discusses the necessity of establishing college students’ sports associations by using the method of literature review,and makes a comprehensive analysis and positioning of the functions of College Students’ sports associations in the new era.The purpose is to effectively regulate and promote the construction and development of college students’ sports associations,meet the development needs of college sports in the new era,and enrich and activate the amateur cultural life of college students.In order to ensure the organic generation of their life-long physical education thoughts,provide necessary reference and reference,and provide necessary support and guarantee for promoting the comprehensive promotion of social functions of college physical education in the new era.
