摘 要:介绍了风电端盖铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:将分型面选择在铸件的最大截面处,即大法兰平面处,选择顶面填砂,树脂砂造型工艺;采取叠芯工艺,每箱4件,铸件设置过滤网和补缩冒口,浇注温度为(1400±10)℃,浇注时间为(32±5)s,工艺出品率85.8%;采用3 t中频电炉熔炼铁液,选用SiBa孕育剂,出铁随流孕育,孕育剂加入量为0.5%。生产结果显示:小批量试制成功后,又生产了350多件,因夹砂造成的铸件废品率为2.57%,铸件的金相组织和力学性能指标均符合技术要求。The casting structure and technical requirements of the end cover of wind power were introduced,its production method and process was described in detail:chose the parting surface at the maximum section of the casting,at the big flange.Chose sand filling from top surface,resin sand moulding process.Adopted core stacking process,4 castings per mould.Set filters and feeding risers.Pouring temperature was of(1400±10)℃,pouring time was of(32±5)s,process yield rate was of 85.8%.Used 3 t medium frequency furnace to melt iron liquid,used SiBa inoculants,tapping stream inoculation,inoculants adding amount was of 0.5%.The production result showed:after successful small batch trial production more than 350 castings had been produced,the sand inclusion caused rejection rate was of 2.57%,both the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties met technical requirements.
