变矩器壳体粘砂缺陷的成因分析及防止措施

摘  要:介绍了变矩器壳体铸件的结构,详细阐述了在高密度造型条件下生产HT250变矩器壳体铸件的工艺及产生的粘砂缺陷。通过在混砂时加入70/140目细砂,调整型砂粒度分布,分析除尘灰的含泥量及颗粒物占比,发现旋风除尘系统故障是导致除尘灰中较大的颗粒占比较高的主要原因。将旋风除尘修复后,除尘灰中含泥量由65%提高至92.8%,并将型砂中的微粉含量控制在3%~5%,型砂AFS平均细度57~60。累计生产1000余件,没有出现粘砂报废的情况,粘砂缺陷得到彻底解决。The structure of the torque converter shell casting was introduced,and the process of producing the HT250 torque converter shell casting under high-density molding conditions and the sticky sand defects generated were described in detail.By adding 70/140 mesh fine sand during mixing,adjusting the particle size distribution of the molding sand,analyzing the dust content of the dust ash and the proportion of particulate matter,it was found that the cyclone dust cleaner failure was the main reason for the high proportion of larger dust particle size.After repairing cyclone dust cleaner,the mud content in dust ash was increased from 65%to 92.8%,and the fine powder content in the molding sand was controlled at 3%~5%,and the average fineness of AFS of molding sand was 57~60.Accumulatively produced more than 1000 pieces,no sticky sand defect was found,and the sticky sand defects were completely resolved.
