摘　　要：本文以吉林省为研究地域,围绕农村土地信托化的多样化路径,运用路径依赖理论,结合数据分析,得出结论:吉林省农村土地信托化存在路径依赖问题,流转方式依赖于转包和出租,流入主体依赖于农户。分析其原因可归结为行为依赖、信任依赖、思想依赖和保障依赖。在此基础上,提出要完善土地信托化制度,搭建信息化共享平台,培育土地经营者,合理安排劳动力转移等对策。In the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,land is the core element,and it is inevitable that the single farmer's scattered land planting mode brought by the household contract responsibility system will be replaced by the rural land trust.Taking Jilin Province as the research area,around the diversified path of rural land trust,using the path dependence theory,combined with data analysis,the paper concludes that there are path dependence problems in rural land trust in Jilin Province,the transfer mode depends on subcontracting and leasing,and the inflow subject depends on farmers.The reasons can be summarized as behavior dependence,trust dependence,thought dependence and guarantee dependence.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures to break through path dependence:improving land trust system;building information sharing platform;cultivating land operators;reasonably arranging labor transfer.
