摘  要:采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和原子力显微镜研究了苯甲酸和C8-10酸在45钢表面的成膜机理。结果表明,这2种气相缓蚀剂都属于成膜型缓蚀剂,并推测苯甲酸分子在45钢表面通过双齿配位成膜,而C8-10酸分子在45钢表面以桥式配位成膜。与缓蚀剂分子中-CO2^−配位结合的是Fe^3+。2种气相缓蚀剂自组装膜的存在令45钢表面形貌改变很大,且各有不同。The film formation mechanisms of benzoic acid and caprylic/capric acid on 45 steel surface were studied by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and atomic force microscopy.The results show that both the volatile corrosion inhibitors are film-forming corrosion inhibitors.It is speculated that the benzoic acid molecules form a film by bidentate coordination and the caprylic/capric acid molecules form a film by bridge coordination.The─2 CO−in the molecules of both the corrosion inhibitor coordinates with Fe3+ion.The surface morphologies of the self-assembled films of both the volatile corrosion inhibitors are very different not only from that of the 45 steel substrate,but also from each other.
