口服葡萄糖耐量试验中不同剂量50%葡萄糖注射液对检测结果的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量50%葡萄糖注射液对口服葡萄糖耐量试验检测结果的影响。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院接受口服葡萄糖耐量试验患者100例,依据50%葡萄糖注射液剂量分为140mL组(7支,低剂量组,n=50)和150mL组(7.5支,高剂量组,n=50)两组,统计分析两组患者的血糖水平、胰岛素相对值、不良反应发生情况。结果:低剂量组患者的糖耐量受损率50.00%(25/50)显著低于高剂量组72.00%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量组、高剂量组患者的高胰岛素血症发生率32.00%(16/50)、36.00%(18/50)之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量组患者的头晕、恶心发生率22.00%(11/50)、62.00%(31/50)均显著低于高剂量组56.00%(28/50)、76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量较高剂量50%葡萄糖注射液对口服葡萄糖耐量试验检测结果的影响小。Objective:To observe the effect of different doses of 50%glucose injection on the results of oral glucose tolerance test.Methods:A retrospective selection between January 2018 and January 2020 in our receiving oral glucose tolerance test,100 cases of patients,on the basis of 50%glucose injection dose group is divided into 140 mL(7,low dose group,n=50)and 150 mL group(7.5,high dose group,n=50)in the two groups,the statistical analysis of relative value of two groups of patients with blood glucose,insulin,adverse reactions occur.Results:The rate of impaired glucose tolerance in the low-dose group was 50.00%(25/50),significantly lower than that in the high-dose group 72.00%(36/50)(P<0.05).The incidence of hyperinsulinemia between the low-dose group and the high-dose group was 32.00%(16/50)and 36.00%(18/50),but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The incidence of dizziness and nausea in the low-dose group was 22.00%(11/50)and 62.00%(31/50),respectively,significantly lower than that in the high-dose group 56.00%(28/50)and 76.00%(38/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose and high dose of 50%glucose injection had little effect on the results of oral glucose tolerance test.
