探讨葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病湿热证肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的:针对葛根岑连汤在2型糖尿病患者湿热证肠道菌群的临床作用进行实验分析。方法:选取自2019年1月至2020年1月于本院治疗的2型糖尿病湿热症患者100例作为研究对象,按照患者治疗药物的不同分为采用常规药物治疗的对照组,以及采用常规治疗联合葛根岑连汤治疗的观察组,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、血糖水平变化,观察患者肠道菌群与疾病相关性。结果:观察组患者治疗疗效明显高于对照组患者,患者的梭杆菌属与患者疾病的好转成正比,类杆菌属与患者疾病的好转呈反比,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平变化明显优于对照组患者,两组患者数据分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病湿热症患者采用葛根岑连汤进行治疗,可有效帮助改善患者血糖水平,减少体内类杆菌属,增加梭杆菌属,有利于提升治疗效果,促进患者控制血糖,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To analyze the influence of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on intestinal flora of type 2 diabetes with damp heat syndrome.Methods:100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes damp heat and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as experimental objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatment drugs:the control group treated with routine drugs and the observation group treated with routine treatment combined with Gegen cenlian decoction.Then,the clinical effect and blood glucose level after treatment of two groups were compared,and the relationship between intestinal flora and disease were observed.Results:The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The Clostridium of the patients was in direct proportion to the improvement of the patients'diseases,while the Bacteroides was in inverse proportion to the improvement of the patients'diseases.The changes of FBG,FINS and HbAlc in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gegen cenlian decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with damp heat,which can effectively help to improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce Bacteroides in vivo,increase Clostridium,improve the treatment effect,promote the control of blood glucose of patients,thus it is worthy of clinical reference.
