摘　　要：目的:研究舒适护理在低分子肝素钙联合胰岛素治疗腹部肿瘤伴糖尿病中的应用效果。方法:抽取本院于2017年1月至2019年12月时间段内收治的腹部肿瘤伴糖尿病患者82例,均采用低分子肝素钙联合胰岛素治疗方式,将全部病患依循简单随机法分为参照组(41例,采用常规护理方式)和研究组(41例,在常规护理的基础上加上舒适护理)。研究对比患者的血糖控制情况、护理效果等。结果:相较于参照组,研究组腹部肿瘤伴糖尿病患者护理后的血糖水平更低(P<0.05);相较于参照组,研究组护理后的健康知识掌握评分、遵医嘱行为与护理满意度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在此次实验中比仅行常规护理的作用更佳,对于降低患者的血糖水平,提高临床疗效等具有重要意义。Objective:To study the effect of comfort care in the treatment of abdominal tumors with diabetes mellitus with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with insulin.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,82 patients with abdominal tumor and diabetes were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium combined with insulin.All patients were divided into reference group(41 patients with routine nursing)and study group(41 patients with comfortable nursing based on routine nursing).To study and compare the blood glucose control and nursing effect of patients.Results:Compared to the reference group,the study blood glucose levels in patients with abdominal tumors and diabetes were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the scores of health knowledge mastery,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing is more effective than routine nursing in this experiment.It is of great significance to reduce blood glucose level and improve clinical effect.
