不同剂量重组人干扰素α-2b治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:分析不同剂量重组人干扰素α-2b治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年2月—2019年6月我院收治90例轮状病毒感染性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,行随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患儿均给予双歧三联杆菌治疗,对照组加用小剂量重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组加用大剂量重组人干扰素α-2b治疗。对比两组治疗前后免疫功能,同时比较临床症状改善情况与不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组止泻时间、脱水纠正时间、退热时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值比对照组高,CD8^+值比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量重组人干扰素α-2b治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,提高免疫功能,且不会明显增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of different doses of recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of infantile rotavirus infectious enteritis.Methods:From February 2017 to June 2019,90 cases of rotavirus infective enteritis were treated in our hospital.The two groups were treated with Bifidobacterium triplex,the control group with low dose recombinant human interferonα-2b treatment,the observation group with high dose recombinant human interferonα-2b treatment.The immune function of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,and the improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,the diarrhea time,dehydration correction time and antipyretic time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the CD8+value was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-dose recombinant human interferonα-2b is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.It can improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of children.It can't increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
