摘 要:为探究寒冷地区再生混凝土的耐久性能,制备取代率分别为0%、30%、50%和100%的再生混凝土进行冻融循环和硫酸盐侵蚀耦合作用试验,通过再生混凝土的质量、相对动弹性模量、抗压强度等力学指标,分析再生混凝土的损伤劣化规律,并利用weibull模型建立再生混凝土的损伤方程对再生混凝土的使用寿命进行预测。结果表明,冻融循环与硫酸盐侵蚀耦合作用严重影响混凝土耐久性,且在相同条件下,随着再生骨料取代率的提高,再生混凝土的耐久性逐渐下降。运用损伤方程预测分析可以得到再生混凝土的使用寿命,为寒冷地区再生混凝土结构的耐久性评估提供参考和依据。In order to explore the durability of recycled concrete in cold area,the recycled concrete with 0%,30%,50%and 100%replacement ratio was prepared and tested for the coupling effect of freeze-thaw cycle and sulfate erosion.Through the mechanical indexes of recycled concrete such as quality,relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength,the damage and degradation rule of recycled concrete was analyzed,and the damage equation of recycled concrete is established by Weibull model to predict the service life of recycled concrete.The results show that the coupling effect of freeze-thaw cycle and sulfate corrosion seriously affects the durability of concrete,and under the same conditions,with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the durability of recycled concrete gradually decreases.The service life of recycled concrete can be obtained by using damage equation prediction analysis,which provides reference and basis for durability evaluation of recycled concrete structure in cold area.
