摘 要:川崎病(KD)是一种累及全身中小动脉为主的多系统性免疫性血管炎症,近年来,其在国内的发病率逐渐增高,尤以儿童最常见,已成为儿童后天性心脏病的最常见病因。传统的二维超声心动图多是通过测量分析射血分数及心肌增厚率等指标来评价心脏局部心肌的运动功能改变,但由于其角度依赖性和主观性等局限,对临床定性或定量评价川崎病心功能改变的意义不大。目前,各种超声心动图的新技术(如多普勒组织成像、斑点追踪成像、三维超声心动图等)不断应用于川崎病心功能的诊断与评估过程中。Kawasaki disease(KD)is a kind of multi-system immune vascular inflammation involving small and medium arteries in the whole body.In recent years,its incidence has gradually increased in China,especially in children.It has become the most common cause of children’s acquired heart disease.The traditional two-dimensional echocardiography mostly evaluates the change of regional cardiac function by measuring and analyzing indexes such as ejection fraction and myocardial thickening rate.However,due to the limitation of angle dependence and subjectivity,it has little meaning for qualitative or quantitative evaluation of the change of cardiac function in Kawasaki disease.At present,a variety of new echocardiography technologies(such as Doppler tissue imaging,spot tracking imaging,three-dimensional echocardiography,etc.)are continuously applied to the diagnosis and evaluation of heart function in Kawasaki disease.
