摘　　要：血液透析对尿毒症患者维持生命极其重要,然而中心静脉狭窄或闭塞严重阻碍血液透析。血液透析患者中心静脉狭窄或闭塞的治疗包括开放手术、经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术(pecutaneous transluminal angioplasty,PTA)及支架置入术(pecutaneous transluminal stenting,PTS)等介入手术,已取得一定进展,延长了尿毒症患者的生命,但仍需进一步研究以提高疗效。现就血液透析患者中心静脉狭窄或闭塞的治疗进展进行综述。Hemodialysis is extremely important for the maintenance of life in patients with uremia,but it would be severely hindered if the patients are with central venous stenosis or occlusion.The treatment of central venous stenosis or occlusion in hemodialysis patients includes open surgery,percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)and stenting(PTS).Progress has prolonged the lives of patients with uremia,but further research is needed to improve the efficacy.This article reviews the treatment progress of central venous stenosis or occlusion in hemodialysis patients.
