摘 要:为探究固含量对推进剂模拟料压延塑化性能的影响,选取了塑化机理与硝化棉/硝化甘油双基推进剂相似的醋酸纤维素/醋酸甘油酯增塑体系为代料,采用定制的沟槽压延机,探究了压延过程中的掉料、包辊、温升现象,分析了固含量对压延驱水率、物料致密度及试样力学性能的影响,并结合扫描电镜和示差扫描量热/热重分析法定量表征了压延物料的塑化度。研究表明,压延前期,物料的包辊现象受温度影响较大,随着物料逐渐被塑化,包辊现象受速比的影响程度增大;随着固体组分含量的增加,物料的压延驱水率呈上升趋势,溶塑体系的密度呈现先增大后降低的趋势;固体组分的加入在一定范围内能有效提高试样的强度和刚性,但对试样的韧性和塑性影响较大;随着固含量增大,体系的塑化度逐渐降低。In order to study the effects of solid contents on the calendering and plasticizing properties of the propellant simula-tion material,the cellulose acetate and glycerol acetate system,which has the similar plasticizing mechanism of the NC/NG double-base propellant,was selected as the substitute materials,and a customized groove calender was used to explore the phenomenon ofmaterial dropping,roller wrapping, temperature rising during calendering.The effects of solid contents on water repelling rate,degreeof compaction and mechanical properties were analyzed.And the degree of plasticization for the calendered material was quantitative-ly analyzed by SEM and DSC/TGA.The research shows that in the early stage of calendering,the roller wrapping phenomenon isgreatly affected by temperature.As the material is gradually plasticized,the effect of the speed ratio is increased. With the increase ofthe solid contents,water repelling rate of the materials is increasing,and the density of CA dissolution plasticization system is in-creasing first and then decreasing.The addition of solid components can effectively improve the strength and rigidity of the specimenswithin a certain range,but had a great influence on the toughness and plasticity of the specimens.As the solid contents increase,thedegree of plasticization of the system gradually decreases.
