摘 要:为探究导弹发射过程中复燃现象对导流器排导流场的影响,将模拟发射过程中燃气化学反应的方法应用于实际的流场分析,以计算流体力学方法为主要的研究手段,对发射过程燃气流场进行了深入研究。分别使用标准k-ε湍流模型与Realizablek-ε湍流模型对经典的燃气流平板冲击问题进行仿真计算,通过与实验数据比较,证明在圆孔射流冲击平板问题中Realizablek-ε模型的计算结果更加符合实际流动的物理特性;并基于有导流器的发射试验平台三维流场模型,得到了对称面及导流器周围流场的温度、压强及不同组分的分布情况,对比了化学反应射流与化学冻结射流之间的差别。结果表明,复燃现象主要发生在燃气射流与空气的混合层及射流冲击壁面处,化学反应射流流场中复燃区域的温度高于化学冻结流流场对应区域的温度。In order to investigate the influence of afterburning on the division flow in the launching process, the simulation method of the gas chemical reaction was applied in the flow field analysis, the computational fluid dynamics numerical method(CFD) was selected. The Standardk-εturbulence model and the Realizablek-εturbulence model were used to simulate jet-impingement experiment respectively, the Realizablek-εturbulence model was validated through comparison with experimental results.The chemical reaction jet flow and the frozen flow were simulated based on the three-dimensional launching pad model. The distributions of temperature, pressure and species were compared on the symmetry plane and in the flow field surrounding deflector. The results show that the afterburning occurs in the jet impingement area and in the mixing layer of air and gas, in these fields the temperature of the chemical reaction jet flow is higher than the frozen flow.
