摘　　要：本文以北京市法院2018年度一审审结的医疗损害责任纠纷案件为样本来分析其司法鉴定的现状和所存在的问题,并进而提出完善该类纠纷之司法鉴定制度的相关建议。Based on the cases of medical damage liability dispute concluded in the first instance of Beijing Court in 2018,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve judicial appraisal system of medical damage liability disputes.
