摘　　要：本文剖析新冠肺炎疫情中医疗卫生应急物资管理应对所暴露之不足的原因,提出完善相应法律体系、加强医疗机构相应制度建设、建立科学的相应预警机制以及提升医务人员应急法律知识及技能等建议。This paper analyzes the reasons for the deficiencies exposed in the management of healthcare emer⁃gency supplies in the COVID-19 pandemic,and puts forward the following suggestions:improving the correspond⁃ing legal system,strengthening the corresponding system construction of medical institutions,establishing corre⁃sponding scientific early warning mechanism,and improving medical personnel'emergency legal knowledge and skills.
