摘  要:目的:探讨生物反馈放松训练对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者睡眠质量、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月至2018年12月期间收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者84例,利用随机数字表法将纳入患者分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用生物反馈放松训练干预,对比分析两组干预前后多导睡眠图(PSG)参数、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分结果。结果:干预后,观察组睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最长呼吸暂停时间低于对照组(t=-3.204,-5.665;P=0.000),最低动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均SpO2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.259,P=0.027;t=2.947,P=0.004);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.909,P=0.000;t=-3.250,P=0.002);干预后,观察组主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分及PSQI总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.685,-3.830,-3.142,-3.500,-3.312,-4.010,-6.196,-11.945;P<0.01);干预后,观察组躯体功能、躯体角色、肢体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情绪角色、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.589,11.835,6.959,5.835,3.458,8.172,5.670,9.159;P<0.001)。结论:生物反馈放松训练能够有效缓解OSAHS患者负性情绪,改善其睡眠质量,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore effects of biofeedback relaxation training on sleep quality,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:A total of 84 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention.On this basis,observation group was given biofeedback relaxation training intervention.The polysomnography(PSG)parameters,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and short form 36 health survey(SF-36)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and the longest apnea time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-3.204,-5.665;P<0.001),while the lowest arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2)and average SpO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=2.259,2.947;P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.909,-3.250;P<0.01).After the intervention,the subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction score and the total score of PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-5.685,-3.830,-3.142,-3.500,-3.312,-4.010,-6.196,-11.945;P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of physical function,physical role,limb pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional role and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.589,11.835,6.959,5.835,3.458,8.172,5.670,9.159;P<0.01).Conclusion:Biofeedback relaxation training can effectively alle
