老年慢性病患者护患关系信任度与认知情绪负性策略的关系

摘　　要：目的:调查老年慢性病患者的护患关系信任度与认知情绪负性策略,探讨两者间的相关性。方法:对110例住院老年慢性病患者的护患关系信任度和认知情绪负性策略进行测试和相关性分析,并采用多元逐步回归分析护患关系信任度的影响因素。结果:老年慢性病患者的护患关系信任度总分与负性策略的自我责难不相关,与沉思默想呈正相关(r=0.228,P<0.001),与灾难化、责难他人呈负相关(r=-0.323,P<0.001、r=-0.474,P<0.001);家庭人均月收入、本人的沉思默想、灾难化对老年慢性病患者的护患关系信任度有预测作用。结论:老年慢性病患者较低的护患关系信任度是养成其认知情绪负性策略的重要因素,在通过有效沟通以提高护患关系信任度,并在注重适应性认知情绪调节方式养成的同时,还需关注来自患者家庭收入的影响。Objective:To investigate the relationship between trustworthiness and negative cognitive emotion strategies in elderly patients with chronic diseases and explore the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 110 hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases were tested and correlated with the strategies of nurse-patient relationship trust and negative cognitive emotion,and the influencing factors of nurse-patient relationship trust were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression.Results:The total score of nurse-patient trust in the relationship in elderly patients with chronic disease was not correlated with self-censure,positively correlated with meditation(r=0.228 P<0.001),and negatively correlated with catastrophization and censure(r=-0.323~0.474;P<0.001).Monthly family income per capita,my contemplative meditation,disaster played a predictive role on the nursery-patient relationship trust of elderly patients with chronic disease.Conclusion:The low degree of the nursery-patient relationship trust of elderly patients with chronic disease is an important factor in the development of negative cognitive emotional strategies.In order to improve the trust of nurse-patient relationship through effective communication and pay attention to the cultivation of adaptive cognitive emotional regulation,it is necessary to pay attention to the impact of family income of patients.
