摘　　要：目的分析经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合射频消融术序贯槐耳颗粒治疗早中期原发性肝癌的临床效果及安全性。方法选择原发性肝癌患者55例作为研究对象,随机分成2组,治疗组采用TACE联合射频消融序贯槐耳颗粒治疗28例,对照组采用TACE联合射频消融术治疗27例,对比2组的临床效果、不良反应。结果治疗组的客观缓解率为89.3%(25/28),疾病控制率为96.4%(27/28),1年生存率为92.9%(26/28);对照组的客观缓解率为77.8%(21/27),疾病控制率为88.9%(24/27),1年生存率为85.2%(23/27)。术后生活质量评分治疗组高于对照组,术后并发症及血清AFP水平治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TACE联合射频消融术序贯槐耳颗粒治疗原发性肝癌患者效果良好、生存期获得延长、生活质量提高且能减少术后并发症的出现。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huaier Granule sequential with radiofrequency ablation and TACE in treating advanced early and middle stage primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods A total of 55 patients were selected and divided into control group (27 cases) and treatment group (28 cases) randomly.The control group was treated with TACE and RFA,the treatment group was treated with TACE and RFA and Huaier Granule.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The ORR and DCR and one-year survival rate of the treatment group was 89.3% (25/28),96.4% (27/28) and 92.9% (26/28);the control group was 77.8% (21/27),88.9% (24/27) and 85.2% (23/27).The KPS Score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and the level of AFP after the treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The remedial model of Huaier Granule sequential with radiofrequency ablation and TACE in treating advanced early and middle stage primary hepatic carcinoma can get efficacy and safety much better,get longer survival and less adverse reaction.
