摘　　要：目的探讨刺骨补肾对脑卒中患者的治疗效果。方法选择79例脑卒中患者(包括13例急性脑卒中患者与66例需要康复患者)进行观察,分为治疗组36例,对照组30例。治疗组以患者的枕骨粗隆上为定点进针,然后肘关节处经骨面进针,破骨约1 mm,10 d为1个疗程,与第2个疗程间隔7 d,共4个疗程;对照组选取合谷、内关、曲池、太冲、三阴交、阳陵泉行针。结果 13例急性脑卒中患者在发病期间越早治疗效果越好,且不良反应越少。治疗后,治疗组总有效率为83.8%(30/36),优于对照组的76.6%(24/30)(P<0.05)。结论刺骨补肾法治疗脑卒中急性期和恢复期患者,能够降低病死率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of needling bone and tonifying kidney on stroke.Methods A total of 79 patients with stroke were observed,including 13 patients with acute stroke and 66 patients requiring rehabilitation.And 66 patients rehabilitated were divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (30 cases).The treatment group took the patient’s occipital protuberance as the fixed point to insert needles,one point each time.The elbow joints were punctured through the bone surface,and 2 points were selected each time,osteoclasty about 1 mm,10 days as a course of treatment,7 days apart from the second course,a total of four courses of treatment;the control group selected 6 acupuncture points:Hegu (LI4),Neiguan (PC6),Quchi (LI11),Taichong (LR3),Sanyinjiao (SP6),Yanglingquan (GB34) for needling.Results Among 79 patients with stroke,13 patients with acute stroke had better therapeutic effect and fewer side effects as early as possible during the onset.After treatment,the total effective rate was 83.8% (30/36) in the treatment group and 76.6% (24/30) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bone-needling and tonifying kidney can treat acute and convalescent stroke patients,which can reduce the mortality rate and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
