医护一体结合快速康复护理对骨折术后患者康复指标及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体结合快速康复护理对骨折术后患者各康复指标及生活质量的影响。方法以146例骨折手术患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则分为对照组和研究组,各73例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上接受医护一体结合快速康复护理,比较2组的干预效果、疼痛相关指标、护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度以及干预前后的生活质量。结果研究组术前等待时间、异常结果反馈时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组,术后康复积极性评分及MBI评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1周后,研究组NRS、疼痛时间、止痛剂用量均显著少于对照组,夜间睡眠时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件发生率较对照组更低,护理满意度评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);干预后2组各生活质量评分较干预前均明显提高,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体结合快速康复护理可有效缩短术前时间,缓解术后疼痛,促进患者术后康复,减少护理不良事件,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation indicators and quality of life of patients after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 146 cases of fracture surgery patients were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of random lottery,the subjects were divided into control group and study group,73 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 73 patients in the study group received integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect,pain related indicators,incidence of nursing adverse events,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative waiting time,abnormal result feedback time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the postoperative rehabilitation enthusiasm score and MBI score were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After one week of intervention,the pain time and painkiller dosage in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the sleep time at night was significantly longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of qualities of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medical care and rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the preoperative time,relieve postoperative pain,promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce nursing adverse events,improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of promotion and applic
