摘　　要：目的观察老年透析患者诱导期人性化护理干预对透析远期效果的影响分析。方法选取老年透析患者58例进行本次护理研究,所有患者均接受三次诱导透析后进行常规血液透析,随机分为对照组及观察组。观察组进行诱导期透析知识普及,心理咨询开导,透析病人交流,对照组进行常规护理。结果观察组远期并发症发生率及生活质量满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年透析患者诱导期人性化护理干预对降低远期并发症发生率,提高远期生活质量满意度具有重要作用。Objective To observe the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on long-term effects of dialysis in elderly patients during induction period.Methods A total of 58 cases of the elderly dialysis patients who accepted induction after dialysis three times for regular hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group carried on the induction period dialysis knowledge popularization,psychological consultation channel,dialysis patients exchanges,the control group was given routine nursing.Results The incidence of long-term complications and life quality satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention in the induction period of senile dialysis patients plays an important role in reducing the incidence of long-term complications and improving the long-term life quality satisfaction.
