摘　　要：目的分析卵巢癌根治术患者化疗期应用Roy护理模式的干预效果。方法纳入100 例卵巢癌根治术患者,随机平均分为2组,各50例。对照组采纳传统护理干预,研究组采纳Roy护理模式干预。对比2组抑郁、焦虑评分、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果研究组护理5 d后抑郁、焦虑评分均明显低于对照组,研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Roy护理模式可有效减轻卵巢癌根治术患者化疗期间不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Roy nursing model in patients with ovarian cancer radical resection.Methods A total of 100 patients with ovarian cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing intervention,and the study group adopted Roy nursing mode.Interventions were compared between the two groups for depression,anxiety score,complication,and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of depression and anxiety after 5 days of nursing in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Roy nursing mode can effectively alleviate the bad mood during chemotherapy in patients with ovarian cancer radical resection,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
