中医情志护理配合大黄芒硝敷脐对神经内科便秘患者排便情况及心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理配合大黄芒硝敷脐对神经内科便秘患者排便情况及心理状况的影响。方法选取60例神经内科便秘患者,用简单随机抽样法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医情志护理配合大黄芒硝敷脐,比较2组干预效果。结果观察组总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组干预后各项中医症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率6.15%明显低于对照组18.46%(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理配合大黄芒硝敷脐可有效改善神经内科便秘患者排便情况,减轻其负性情绪。Objective To explore effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) emotional nursing combined with rhubarb and mirabilite for umbilical compression on defecation and psychological status of constipation patients in neurology department.Methods Sixty constipation patients were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group by simple random sampling method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine interventions,while the observation group was given TCM emotional nursing combined with rhubarb and mirabilite for umbilical compression on basis of control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (93.33% vs 73.33%) (P<0.05).After intervention,scores of constipation symptoms such as stool property,defecation frequency,abdominal pain and defecation time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).After intervention,scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (6.15% vs 18.46%) (P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing combined with rhubarb and mirabilite for umbilical compression can effectively improve defecation of constipation patients in neurology department,and alleviate their negative emotion.
