摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋推注方式减轻患者皮下注射疼痛的效果。方法选择60例患者,皮下注射380次,通过单双日注射随机分为观察组(单日注射,采用螺旋推注方式的皮下注射法)和对照组(双日注射,采用常规皮下注射法),各190次,通过数字评分法评估疼痛分值,评估2组疼痛和满意度情况。结果观察组疼痛明显减轻,中、重度疼痛由原来的61.05%降至24.74%(P<0.05);观察组满意度较对照组显著提高,由60.00%提高到91.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋推注方式能减轻患者皮下注射疼痛,提高治疗护理质量和患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of spiral injection to relieve the pain of subcutaneous injection.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group (single day injection,subcutaneous injection method of spiral injection) and control group (double day injection,using conventional subcutaneous injection method),190 times in each group,a total of 380 times of subcutaneous injection.The pain score was evaluated by digital scoring method,and the pain and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The pain in the observation group was significantly reduced,with moderate and severe pain decreasing from 61.05% to 24.74%.Satisfaction was significantly improved,from 60.00% to 91.66%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The spiral injection method can reduce the pain of subcutaneous injection,improve the quality of treatment and nursing care and patient satisfaction.
