摘　　要：九宫格是一个十分简单的几何图式,然而却在古今中外的历史中留下了长久的影响。护理行业在不断发展,涉猎领域不断扩大,护理管理不断呈现专业化与制度化的现时代,以全新的思维模式融入护理管理,从而推动护理管理事业的发展极为重要。现将九宫格思维模式融入到手术室护理当中,体现"中心式"护理管理措施的积极意义,通过九宫格思维的"中心式"的结构框架,开发更具有多元化的护理管理模式,期望可以起到一定的借鉴作用。The Jiugongge is a very simple geometric pattern,but it has left a long-term influence in the history of ancient and modern times.The nursing industry is constantly developing,the field of research and development is expanding,and nursing management is continuously specialized and institutionalized.It is extremely important to integrate nursing management with a new thinking mode,thus promoting the development of nursing management.This article aims to integrate the nine-square mode of thinking into the nursing of the operating room,reflect the positive significance of the "central" nursing management measures,and develop a more diversified nursing management model through the "central" structural framework of the nine-square mode of thinking.
