摘　　要：目的:建立离子色谱法测定复方田七胃痛胶囊中瓦楞子、枯矾、氧化镁、碳酸氢钠4组分含量的方法。方法:采用Dionex IonPacTMCS12A阳离子交换色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),Dionex CERS 500-4 mm抑制器,以15 mmol·ml^-1甲磺酸为淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,进样量10μl,电导检测器进行检测,瓦楞子、枯矾的含量分别以碳酸钙、含水硫酸铝钾计。样品经酸溶解,离子色谱法测定其钠、钾、镁、钙离子的含量。结果:碳酸氢钠在0.999~99.874μg·ml^-1、含水硫酸铝钾在1.899~189.882μg·ml^-1、氧化镁在1.001~100.064μg·ml^-1、碳酸钙在1.500~150.019μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)在0.9999~1.0000之间;平均加样回收率分别为97.80%,101.12%,100.78%,100.06%(n=9),RSD分别为1.26%,0.78%,1.12%,1.01%。结论:本法专属性强、操作简便、结果准确,可用于复方田七胃痛胶囊中瓦楞子、枯矾、氧化镁、碳酸氢钠的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Arcae Concha,dried alum,MgO and NaHCO3 in compound Tianqi stomachache capsules by ion chromatography. Methods: A Dionex IonPacTMCS12A column( 4 mm × 250 mm) was used with 15 mmol·ml^-1 methanesulfonic acid solution as the eluant at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1. The injection volume was 10μl,and the analytes were detected conductively with a Dionex CERS 500-4 mm suppressor. The content of Arcae Concha and dried alum was calculated as CaCO3 and KAl( SO4)2·12H2O,respectively. Results: The good linearity of NaHCO3,KAl( SO4)2,MgO and NaHCO3 was obtained within the range of 0.999-99.874 μg·ml^-1,1.899^-189.882 μg·ml^-1,1.001^-100.064 μg·ml^-1 and 1.500^-150.019 μg·ml^-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 9 and 1.000 0,respectively. The average recovery was 97.80%,100.78%,101.12% and 100.06% with the RSD of 1.26%,0.78%,1.12% and 1.01%( n = 9),respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity,which can be applied in the determination of four components in compound Tianqi stomachache capsules.
